When I wanted to vote for the map of the week I found this guy:

He has 47 ranked victories (and made a map) but is still level 2. How is this even possible?
This might be an alt (or friend) of fizzer (at least he was invited by fizzer).
Maybe the experience gain was disabled for this player for whatever reason?

Is there a way to win ranked games without getting experience?
I mean... reaching level 3 should not be that hard ;)
