Can you explain what the color scheme is? I understand Red is the USSR, and pink is Warsaw pact, and Orange is neutral, but blue green and grey all seem to be NATO and I can't figure out the difference.

Yeah, blue, green and grey are all NATO. The reason that NATO countries have distinct colors from one another is to emphasize the fact that western nations were pretty much independent nations with their own governments, even if there was some amount of influence from the US, whereas eastern nations are uniform in color to reflect the fact that they were all pretty much controlled by the USSR.
The colors aren't meant to imply that for example germany, italy, and the UK are grouped together somehow. As I said they're just there to emphasize that these are distinct nations by not having two neighboring countries share the same color borders.

A lot of typos in Romania too + the fact you named a lot of territories after small villages which is weird IMO + some wrong places for cetain territory names.
Typos: Dobrita-Turnu Severin--->Dobreta-Turnu Severin Zimincea--->Zimnicea Crajova--->Craiova
Changes to names for accuracy: Darabani--->Botosani Botosani--->Iasi Turgu Frumos (a typo too)--->Vaslui Iasi--->Galati Golgovg--->Sulina Cernevoda (another typo)--->Constanta Constanta--->Mangalia Saveja--->Focsani Focsani--->Buzau Mirsesti (typo)--->Bacau Pascani--->Onesti Onest (typo)--->Targu Secuiesc Harghita I--->Brasov Bacau--->Miercurea Ciuc Roman--->Gheorgheni Ciribaba--->Vatra Dornei Medias--->Sibiu Maramures--->Satu Mare (not wrong but i see you mainly name territories after cities, not counties/historical regions) Salaj--->Baia Mare Satu Mares(typo)--->Zalau Salonta--->Arad Arad--->Jimbolia Cluj-Napoca--->Dej Birtin--->Cluj-Napoca Lugoj--->Timisoara Dabra--->Caransebes Resita--->Moldova Noua Ineu--->Hunedoara Deva--->Petrosani Cisnadu--->Dragasani Brasov--->Tirgoviste along many others (almost whole Wallchia is named wrong too) I will make an update soon to this but please consider making these changes
Update: It would be nice to split Bucharest in 2 and to name the one up Ploiesti Onest I->Titu Harghita-->Pitesti Sibiu->Rimnicu Valcea
Suggested bonus names changes: Arad->Banat

If you feel like letting me know about the ones in wallachia It'll make it a bit easier for me, but if not I can just go research it myself :)

I think it would be better to connect Turkey to Famagusta(Cyprus) rather than directly to Nicosia, and some Greek islands on Aegean would be nice either but those aren't really necessary.
Good work, otherwise :)
EDIT: Missing connection Iskilip-Vezirkopru on Turkish Black Sea Coast.

Cool, I fixed those few things. I think I'll hold off on adding the islands for now, as even with all the crazy optimization I'm doing (Which makes it a big pain in the butt to change the SVG), I'm just barely scratching in under the limit at 1.9mb of 2mbs that are allowed.

Optimization? Yeah, firstly I have to save the file as a regular SVG rather than a normal one, which returns a file that is 3.7mb, way over the 2mb limit. Thyen, I have to go to an optimizer ( https://petercollingridge.appspot.com/svg-editor) and upload the file, select extreme, and then uncheck the boxes to combine paths and remove ID's. It pretty much takes several minutes to get the file uploaded to WL. If this isnt published yet-
do the Skane thing(Southern Sweden) You have a bonus and territory named Skane. Change the terriotry to Malmo. No, It's not published. I'll make this change really fast. Liverpool is in England, please explain. Sorry, I got nothing :/

Maybe since Liverpool is a big city you can change Blackpool to Liverpool(just a thought)
Plus forgot to mention if your doing accents Malmo has umlauts(Malmö) Sorry forgot to say that earlier
Other than that great job, looks much better, especially Scotland and Switzerland. xD

Okay, well the map got rejected basically because I can't have neighboring countries share the same border color (Plus a whole bunch of connection issues, but those are trivial to fix). Hopefully I'll have it fixed up tonight or tomorrow and set it to pending public again.

No, I believe It's actually in reference to different countries sharing the same color scheme. Here was the exact wording: You should make neighboring neutral countries have different colors - even if only a slightly different shade of orange. Same thing with neighboring Warsaw Pact countries.

and double check Austria. You have a bonus named Tyrol. But you also have a territory. Just google Tyrol( https://www.google.com/search?q=tyrol&espv=2&rlz=1CADEAC_enUS691US692&biw=1366&bih=655&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwirxPSMkYDOAhUHMyYKHf5cCFcQ_AUIBygC&safe=active&ssui=on#imgrc=l4cUeYxUAjcMnM%3A) See how theres that little ball(Ost-Tyrol) to the east? Thats the terriotry named Tyrol, yet it isnt in the bonus named Tyrol. This is as clear as I can get. Please fix that, or simply rename the territory something else rather than Tyrol(maybe Ost-Tyrol or Lienz)
