Don't we already have a clan ranking system ... the Clan League. That is a perfect example of a computer clan ranking system if you want a comparison to a BCS like system that includes computers, writers, and coaches. The only true way would be to have top players vote, clan leaders vote, and include the clan league rankings. This should get you a clan ranking if you still want something of this nature.
