@Kurisu: If you're looking for a game with a more defined end-goal, try Ingress. It's by the same company and has all the features Pokemon GO's currently missing.

I wasted 2 days of my life because of this game... To hatch my eggs, I have participating at running events. App was not working at all at that time... I could have just stayed home playing games instead of wasting energy!

I live in the rural part of my country... still have found no single wild pokemon within a reach of 5km.

I'm lvl 15 on it, it's pretty fun, not anything to special yet, still has bugs to work out

also people got locked in cementaries, hit by car/trains, cuz people are to busy looking down
