In 1945, Stalin decided that he would need to keep Poland weaker than he had planned. So instead of sending Germans from Konigsberg and Memel to East Germany, he sent them to Polish East Prussia to keep ethnic tensions up, similar to the situations in Transcaucasia. Over the course of many years, tensions grew, but were covered by a veil of communism and the propaganda of Warsaw. Eventually when Solidarity and the 1989 world revolutions struck, the Ostpreußischen Partei/Wschodnia strona pruska got a plebiscite and won it, winning independence for Polish East Prussia. The Soviet/Russian government sold of Kalingrad/Konigsberg to East Prussia later, and the government started to form.

Well folk will play the part of government officials, firstly drafting a constitution and then taking positions (like head general of the army, president,etc) and working together or against eachother either for collective or individual goals.

The Party of Polono-German Friendship (you translate that in German ^)

Leader : Michael von Lebus

Goal : Go back a few years and become a Polish province again. PPGF has decided they can't really manage their country efficiently and thus would like to be reincorporated into Poland. They denounce the ones who got Prussia independent as foolish, idealistic extreme nationalists, who didn't think before they acted and decreased the level of well-being in the region. They believe returning to Poland would help the situation, albeit they'd demand more autonomy to take care of a part of their issues themselves. Being supplied and protected by Poland is worth more than being independent, in their eyes.
The party was formed immediately after the independence by a group of skeptics who considered theirselves more reasonable than the freedom "fighters". It obviously has not the majority of votes in the country, but a fair part of folks are convinced by their words. They'd also see ancient Kaliningrad Oblast as a part of Poland, as all the money they spent to reclaim Königsberg and all the surroundings gave them severe debt and caused an economical crash.

Hope that sounds realistic enough.

PS : The Polish name for the Ostpreußischen Partei you got means "East Side of Prussia" which isn't what you meant, I assume? A better translation for "Party of East Prussia" or "East Prussian Party" would be "Partia Wschodnich Prus" or "Partia Wschodniopruska" respectively.
