I looked back a bit to see if this was discussed before, but haven't seen it listed anywhere.

I am working on my first map and am almost finished. But I've run into this issue. I have a territory that I split into two pieces. It was territory_7. I then had to rename both sides to different names but when I go in to look at the map in WarLight, I go to put in the center points and it now shows two center points in one of the areas. I go back to Inkscape to change a name back to Territory_7 and it says 'name already exists' but when I search for it (CTRL F), it isn't anywhere to be found.

So, how do I get rid of this Phantom Territory?

Make sure you're searching in the properties. The search should find it just fine.

Thanks! Found them, the two 'phantom' territories were hiding behind cities. They were very small, not sure where they came from but they are deleted and map is working now.
