What is your favorite historical hero?


Mine is SKANDERBERG! (or Skënderbeu in our language) our Albanian national hero he fooled the Ottoman and defended Christiandom in Balkans victuriously! After forced conversion (as usual with turks..) Skanderbeg abjured Islam and proclaimed himself the avenger of his family and country. He made a red standard with a black double-headed eagle on it: in use until this day as Albania flag.
