This one was fun because I noticed Ted always choose the same starting location every game in the tournament, so I set a trap for him. They still came through the losers bracket to beat us though, unfortunately.

35 turn strat 1v1 against a great opponent, positional battles throughout and I had to overcome my own poorly placed blockade early on. Could have easily gone either way.

Big Income 2 vs 2 Medium Earth

After an initial income advantage, I was down 435 to 265 income on turn 8, but had a large stack of 257 ready to invade. Still, it took 6 turns of careful maneuvering to catch up in income.

Asia 2 vs 2

Another game with a big income disadvantage, about 46 to 70, but managed to come back after weaseling my way into a bunch of my opponent's bonuses.

Tic Tac Toe Reverse Income

Very interesting settings, I screwed up the first turn and went down 1 army and got a horrible position. I managed to correctly anticipate my opponents moves though to get the reinforcement card first, and ensure they didn't get theirs, earning me the win.

This 1v1 ladder game was a really fierce fight over 30 turns. From turn 17 on the game swapped back and forth, with lots of guesswork going on to get a decisive advantage somehow, every wrong prediction being punished.

A 42 turn strategic 1v1 game with Fizzer himself, I was less experienced back then and a few bad moves meant i lost, but close right until the end.

A 45 turn strategic 1v1 game with gabriele, very competitive as well, a lot of micromanagement and trying to read the enemy in the last few turns.

On turn 33 i was down and out. Only 5 armies spread over 5 territories! i should have been done and dusted but i managed to somehow come back and win. Agreeing with Moros above...Diplomacy is key in these games
