I see the requirement quite justifiable too , make it 43, when the player has access to the ladder forum, [the last subforum that you can unlock by levelup], then its reasonable

Well, there are other mods, such as Report Mods, Basic Forum Mods, etc

There are a lot of moderators, but their powers are limited, and they can own do certain things.

Someone who has powers to move threads and delete things? I don't really know, forum mods are something I'd like to be more transparent.

Simply have Four sections you can make threads on.

One:Any member of Warlight

Two:Warlight members of level 35+

Three:Warlight members in a clan that is recognized by moderators

Four:A members only section

This will not eliminate the trolls but it will severely limit the abilities they have, and will be a step in the right direction to remaking our forums.
