To my opinion, the Netherlands should be worth 5 instead of 4. It's a rich country with 17 million inhabitants. Helsinki is also 4, but in that area lives just 3 million people. And Rome is worth 5 with 6 million inhabitants.

Belgium shoudn't even appear on the map.
It dosen't exist, what are they teaching people these days?

I suggest making "superbonuses" like USA, Russia, China and so on. They would worth 0 armies but make doing custom scenaris easier.

US is fine, its just(same goes for Canada) plz make actual bonus not be named the city as the territory name,(ex- Denver is territory name, bonus name should be Colorado not Denver, or in Canada, territory name is Edmonton, but bonus should be Saskatoon)

I have officially finished North America! Three cheers for me! 5 more continents to go... I shall be now working on South America and some Pacific islands. Let me know if you think certain territories should have a buff as I work on it.

suggestion: connect Montreal and Toronto by dividing the corridor of Sudbury that divides them(in Canada).

1 thing...(in California) whats going on with Sacramento and San Fransisico. in real life Sacramento is more north than SF. id make the bay part of that central bonus and switch the names. or change Sacramento to San Fransisco and change San Fransisco to Bakersfield or San Jose
