You should interpret the stars as follows:

My apologies for the delay but the turn has gone and we have a TON of options open to us right now. I've posted a couple of obvious options as well as a couple of ideas that I might do in this situation. I'm more than open to any other suggestions altho please remember to only post if you have a final answer situation that is properly spec'd out (as per the options above). Don't bother giving them #'s, I'll do that when I add them on.

I'm definitely interested to hear the chat on this last turn!

Hmm, he deployed 4 and sent 9 into Kazakhstan. I would assume he deployed 7 or 8 for that attack, and given that his income is at least 17, he's likely still expanding somewhere.

Since I did not participate from the start I'm not sure if I can post here, but nevertheless I'd like to share some ideas.

I really like number 4, but with a small difference. I think it's a safe bet Impaller is going to try to take Kazachstan while breaking West Russia and I don't see how we can defend it after he takes Georgia without sacrificing too many troops. Since there are not many bonuses left to take for him I think the offensive through Caucasus might be decisive. Also we have to watch Hawaii since he might attempt to go through there.
