Dutch is correct. And so is Trainus Rex as well. But there are no alternatives without a system in place for a break (like an auto demotion).

At any rate, I would like to retract my retirement if frank allows it (since no new season has started yet). If not, I will just not rejoin probably.

I am pretty sure if a clan could not participate in clan league for a season (lets say too many WM were on vacations/inactive), they would not start over in C league (they have won/tied first two seasons). That would be a waste of time for them to steamroll everyone.

Never mind, he already created season 12. I still think there should be some sort of rule on this besides just start over. Maybe I will join next season, who knows.
