That's nice that he said he wants those things. He's dumb because he thinks that means anything or is enough to be President. He thinks 'I WILL BRING THE JOBS' is an actual platform. It is not. When asked for specifics of what he is going to do, he never has an answer.

Don't confuse sleazy salesman tactics with intelligence. He's good at deflecting and dodging and turning things around on people. If you listen to what he's actually saying about the issues, it's obvious he knows less about our government and foreign policy than most college sophomores.

He is undeniably a brilliant negotiator, speaker, and man in general. Whether you believe his policies are good or not, he is smart. Biden, for example, I would consider intelligent - I hate his policies, but he is smart, like most politicians.

I don't think he's dumb because of his stances on the issues. Dumb doesn't mean disagree. I disagree with Paul Ryan but he's obviously not dumb. I disagree with Rand Paul strongly but he's a really smart guy. Trump is dumb.
