Some observations to make:

1) Congratulations to Battle Islands, overtaking Ancient Greece as the most popular 1v1 template in RPCL.
2) Big congrats to British Raj. It's a Weighted Random template, so I'm even more surprised that it got in the top 4.
3) French Brawl barely saved its ass in the top 4; being one of the 3 returning 1v1 templates.
4) WOW. MME not a 1v1 template anymore? :O Thanks Ox, Colonel and Snife xD. Considering Zeph and Cat had this one ranked highly, this is probably a shock to the system for many people.
5) Also good performances from RDR, probably gaining popularity from the Seasonal, and ME WR, managing to remain somewhat relevant, being a past template from RPCL1.
6) Well done to RoR, overtaking Guiroma by far, as being the most popular RPCL 2v2 template.
7) AGAIN: WOW. Texas 2ag2 got second place, barely, making it a template in this RPCL. Get training from Juq, everybody!
8) China was tied #2nd place last season, and it lost in a runoff vote. Congrats on remaining relevant.
9) Good job to ME, overtaking Final Earth and almost becoming a template.
10) Guiroma! From being THE most popular template last season, it's now down to #5th most popular 2v2. :O
11) Good efforts from new template MH Cookies, and Final Earth went from 4th most popular to 7th :/]
12) Well done Wasteland Style. You tried
13) Europe is *the* most popular template this time around. It blew all other 3v3s, including Rise of Rome, out of the water.


Anyway, still no *official* date for this RPCL, but now that the templates are out, people should begin practicing, especially on the *ahem* lesser known ones.

ah, same as last time, still. 3 times, but I forgot to put in the initial post.

Any update on the format - for example what clans will FCC play against?

^ The Circle, Across and The Night's Watch it seems, but since there were too little newcomer clans for a new division Ox still has to rearrange the sheet and make different divisions.

Either way, these three mentioned are almost guaranteed to be against you.

the template for Texas 2v2 is real time (5 min) - can you change that to 3 days?

Boot time in the template is irrelevant when creating tournaments anyway.

Ox, Texas has only 1 start location, 4 armies for neutrals, and 250 armies per start location. Is that will be played in RPCL?

@Ox, get the lowest ranked play from B last time to play against the new clans, 6A 5B 5C.
Then:
1 relegates from A
2 promote from B
1 superpromotes from C to A
The last 4 from C and the 4 remaining players in B form a new Division B: 8A 8B
