You clearly didn't read the many responses since the majority deal with him staying in NA since the update. All of my responses on the matter are with him staying in NA.
And when he stays in NA he comes to my part of NA having equal income with mine but breaking bonuses with the boss. Soon the europe AI comes too, and they finish me.
Then you desperately need to work on your expansion and defensive strategies...
The advice given in the other threads was sound and has worked for countless individuals, myself included (6 victories in 10 attempts with 3 of those failures coming before it was updated and made easier)
As your 1v1 stats so clearly illustrate, win percentage is utterly meaningless. Too easily gamed by desperate fools trying to artificially inflate their ego. There is a reason my stats are hidden
I had to play that map twice, when he went up along the western coast the game wasn't too hard, I could contain him while pushing the other AI's, when he made a bee line me, I couldn't contain him and hold off both the AI's for very long due to the decreased income/time
Perrin, I'm guessing you only played prior to the update. Added another AI (thus weakening the Asian and European ones) and changed behavior of boss so that he seems to always run up the east coast into Canada.
New version is harder in that boss never seems to leave NA but much easier due to extra AI.
When I completed the WW2320 game, the boss went East from his starting position, then travelled North up the East Coast. Basically, I played it by placing 1 army on every territory surrounding the boss, deploying the rest of my armies as if it were an FFA, then at the end of each turn, after each attack, I would then attack the territory where the boss started with each army there. This serves two purposes – firstly, it prevents the boss from owning more than one territory in your area per turn. Secondly, it slowly builds a stack of armies behind the boss, that when you have captured the rest of the map, you can use this army to give an initial attack on the boss.
