In game https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=11722958, A player announced that she declared on me because I was annoyed when she went PE on me in a different game. Then in private messages she stated she would declare on me on every other game we were both in. Is there a punishment for holding grudges?

Blacklist her, that way she cannot join your games, and you will know when she is in a game so you can steer clear of it

1) No penalty for grudges, or anything diplomacy related for that matter. The amount of reports Fizzer must get for "people going PE" is probably off the roof for something that isn't even reportable.

2) Blacklisting only blocks the player from joining your hosted games and private tourneys, as well as warn you when they're in the same game as you; you either get to live with her or start dodging games she's in.

Olymupus have no issue with your clan and there is nothing to calm down over I'm just happy to point out facts and leave it at that. I don't agree with a child mouthing off but at same time it is amusing

Holding grudges is unmanly, but if you're a woman or a gay, you've got nothing to be ashamed of.

I am telling the truth. You didn't declare, you said that if I didn't lower my borders, it was war. I lowered them, which you would see if you weren't ignorant, yet you still attacked. It was also hypocritical given your borders were twice mine.
