I think it's the lack of a brain. From a logical perspective it would be impossible for women to hate warlight, because without a brain they don't have the physical ability to experience hate.

Maybe instead of starting with 5 armies on each territory it could be that you start with 4 armies on each territory ánd one Barbie doll. That would definitely attract a lot of girls.

I suppose it's got to do with men being better at reading maps and making war.
Then again, girls should be better with numbers, plus this is not an aggressive game...

I have known a dozen or so girls to play warlight... and stereotypically girls are more creative, while men tend to be more logical.. -as studied by the sides of brains that each tend to center on- which would make men on average better at numbers...

I propose we hire an all-girl team to creatively make us more maps..

Mian, most of the irony actually comes down in the ladies' favor if you are able to see through the layers. Impaller's post for instance was funny and at the same time clearly illustrated how foolish it is to think that women don't have brains, which is actually a good way of making the point. It's not irony, it's satire. You aren't a native speaker though, so I'm not surprised you missed the subtext :)
