most close I know is Supremacy 1914 but that's only for WWI era.
also, RT diplos are literally useless and full of trolls, don't even bother.

Your first mistake is playing realize Diplomacy games. Multi-day diplos are where it's at. But to answer your question, best diplomacy oriented gameso I can think of are Paradox games. Things like EU4, HoI3/4, Stellaris is etc. I heard CK2 is good too but I personally don't care for it.
