Commanders are always shown with the commander icon underneath the game.

This is the same as multi-attack icons, pure skill icons, etc. that are shown under games. If you don't want to accidentally join a game with commanders, look there before even clicking on the game link!

If you're using Muli's userscript, at the top right of the open games menu, there's a downward pointing arrow. Clicking on that will allow you to modify what types of games you want to filter. Games with Commanders can be hidden so that you won't accidentally join them.

I feel like the highlight settings options generally need a revamp, there is this and a few other options that are not highlighted either, such as armies per territory. I hope Fizzer is considering updating this whole system, since it is really helpful.
