Im a polish player(and rather new), experienced in diplos and in team games.
I am good in teamwork, I think before I do something.

Join Darklords! The more members join, the more it'll annoy the hell out of everybody. We have the largest community of all clans. Activity is a bit of a downer though

FCC does sound like a good choice, sadly though they don't let you join till you've played hundreds of games and in the meantime open games are all thats available.
There doesn't seem to be any real active clans that accept newcomers which is a shame
