When the Spaniards arrived in Amazonia, they once thought that the Uruguay were communist exports from Uzbekistan and attempted to convert them to the one true religion (Read: Capitalism).
Today, the Uruguay are considered an endangered species and the only thing that's keeping extinction away from them is the fact that extinction is too damn busy hunting whales.

These ARI test results can mean lot of different things. Having a low score doesn't mean your dumb or a high one that you're smart. It just shows how educated your reader needs to be in order to understand what you're saying.
And even if your reader is smart, writing complex and long phrases makes it tiring for one to read. As Nauz said, you shouldn't try to write content that is too complex in a writing-way, and that even more if your writing subject is already complex.
That's a thing I learned in school, when writing several pages of an essay, make short and simple phrases. Also always avoid making huge blocks of writing, make paragraphs for each idea so your text can "breathe".
This is valid for school and for work. It's cool to be able to write pages about a specific subject. It's awful to have your reader tired and stop reading your content because it's unreadable.
