You're opening picks were weak. Bhutan or East India would have been faster starting spots, given the lack of any opposition. With that many armies, should have gone Bhutan/Bangladesh/East India and picked them all up first turn.

Your initial placement was weak. If anyone else had started in the west you could have been easily stopped. Your initial deployment didn't maximize your starting armies.

Got those little bonuses like Hong Kong, etc., Then I backstabbed, lied, and booted my way to the top. It was awesome T_T
