This believe it or not isn't my real account. I have another one which i played with for a reasonably long time.

Then one game i had to leave mid way through, however some friends of mine were around and i asked them to take over for me. Being the funny chaps that they are they proceeded to be rude (that's probably an understatement)and irritating to other members.

However, because its no fault of my own is it at all possible to get my old account back?

I believe it is possible for you to reset your password if you used a real email to link up to your account. Don't expect Fizzer to help though - it's made quite clear you should never give your password away (although many people including myself allow someone trustworthy - like clan mates - to account sit them).

Arun I don't think he means that his password has been changed. I beleieve he meant that his friends helped him get his account banned by being rude...
I think that, unless you were being very rude your account should be suspended for a short time only?

Ah ok Brain. In that case you should be right though... You should have notified Fizzer earlier though:

Unfortunately all you can do (that I'm aware of) is wait out the ban then change your password. Unless you can prove it wasn't you who merited the ban (not sure how you could do that... IP Addresses? Not conclusive either :/).

Sorry if I write to bad theme, but I want ask, if can my sib have an account in same computer, if it doesn't delete my account when we will have 2 in one computer.

dont wry 2 much about that rule, most of the players talking in the chat ahve several accounts and nothing happnes. just avoid playinbg in the same game, that might eb considered cheating, though some players also do it

you can have more than 1 account for a computer, you just cant have more then one account open at the same time on the same browser
