I decided to create a small betting league on selected games of the ladders.


Rules are simple:

-Each participant will get to bet on the outcome of a number of selected games, that i will mostly take from the ladders.

-Getting the outcome right will give 1 point.

-The one with the highest score after the set number of games ended wins the League.



For the alpha stage i will limit the participants to 5 to 10 players.
The number of games will be limited to 10 to 20.

I will play, assuming by betting, you mean guessing. I won't bet money on the games or anything, but I will love to predict them. Please make sure that the games have not started yet when you put them up for predictions though, because otherwise it is easily manipulated by asking players how they are doing and such.

If you find an easy solution to make Warlight playable with money, let me know.

Of course no money is involved. It`s all for fame, less for fortune.
And yes, i will try to avoid betting on games that are running already, but that is sometimes unavoidable.
For instance, I would not want to miss having people predict a match of Timinator vs TeddyFSB, because it is already running 1st turn.
