i believe you should add the "Players that topped out at 25th"
other than that this list isnt all that relevant, their ratings arent just the result of their skill, so it says little more than who was #1

The Impaller and Szeweningen were technically on top for only one streak, but they were there for over 3 months, which means that they were #1 with completely games done, because games expire after 3 months.
So only 11 players have accomplished this achievement.
