I've made tons of custom scenarios I want to put into multiplayer... but I'm not at the level. Besides lotteries, are there efficient ways to level up?

  • Coin games/tourneys
  • Ladder games
  • Tourneys/tourney games (game multiplier: 150%)
  • Autogames (because they start faster than custom games)
  • MD games
  • RT games
