Firstly, i would to like apologize for leaving this tourney without any notice. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience.

Secondly - i don't know if there is any interest in restarting this.
But assuming there is i'm strongly reluctant to run this by myself, as i can't promise that situation like this won't happen again. So in this case i can see two possibilites:

- i can just hand the code to someone willing to run it completly by himself - that would require hosting with .NET 4.0 and MSSQL database(and some knowledge ofc.)

- someone could just run it on my site. That would require giving some time for creating template for every month and restarting and keeping an eye of it checking if everything is working properly (most of the problems was caused by malfunction of CRON service, so usually restart should be enough).
