Connection errors I see

Mad batter alcove-> Corn mill (The miller brotherhood)
Mad batter alcove-> Hay Market (The miller brotherhood)
Helmfried's Publishing house-> Neptune fork (Bard pocket)
This one i'm not too sure if a connection should be present- beehive coke oven->Gravier bend (Stone circle)
Heavy bullpen->Fetid Stye (Animal Market)
