Step 2: Drink any kind of paint thinner
Step 3: Crash a plane into a very large building
Step 4: No more soreness!

Ice will help post workout. Soreness is good when starting a new or changing your workout. The pain should go away in a few days. Any pain that lasts about a week or longer is not good. You may have pulled something and need to rest the muscle(s) until they are healed again.

This antidote wil help you
The following potion is taken from 'Advanced Potion Making by The Half blood prince'
1 Slice an orange in half 2 Squash orange with blade of silver knife to release juice. 3 Pour juice into a kettle of water 4 Add a good portion of Vaseline 5 Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. 6 Mix 7 times counterclockwise with ivory spoon 7 Extract the bezoar from a goat and place it into the potion 9 Take a wooden chopstick of exactly 12 inches and say 'Avada Kedavra!' 8 Leave potion to mature for 69 days 9 At the 70th day, pour the potion into the drain.
You should feel better after you have finished pouring it into the drain.

my book had a lot of handwritten notes to make it easier to make the potions, instead of a bezoar from a goat just get stem cells from a embryo, and if you add 4 tablespoons of sugar and after every 3 counterclockwise spin it once clockwise WITH A RUBBER SPOON, and 8 total spins, then it is nice consistency and will only take 15 days to mature
but the easier way to do it is stop lifting, no pain = no pain, duh
