Is there any way to invite friends to a team in a tournament the same way you can invite them to teams when creating a new game? I mean, so they are put into the team until they join or decline, so no random people may block their spot in the team? Or some system to vote someone out from the team before the tournament starts?

Currently, no, The only way to join a team is to all pick the same team. If someone tries to jump in on your team you don't want, you can all just switch to a new team.
