Hi.

I think it would be awesome with a Scandinavian or Norwegian map as I live in Norway. But I have no clue on how to work with Inkscape, so I would like some help. I need help rescaling, making territories and all that. Naming the places I can do.

There is a .svg of the counties. The municipalities are marked, but not "grouped" as the counties are. Hopefully someone can help :)

Should probably also tell you that I want two versions. One with all the counties (small) and one with municipalities (big).

Wow, what a nice map!

It is almost a warlight-ready map, your job is only this:
- open the file with inkscape
- use the edit tool (F2)
- select a territory, and open the object properties menu
- change the objectID to "Territory_1"
- do it with every territory (Territory_2, Territory_3,... Territory_123)
- place some bonus links (a square with a following objectID: BonusLink_1,...etc)

And the file will be warlight-ready. After you have to set the territory names and bonuses in the warlight editor.

And after it will be a very nice map.

But how do I change the size of it? Its gonna be kinda ugly when its only 2400px height.

Use the select menu (F1) and click on the 'select all' function, and reduce the number of vertical and horizontal size, of course in equal rate.

If you find the number of territories too much, you can unify them by select two or more (shift+click) and use the union function in the path menu.

But if you activate all territories, this will be a very challenging hyper-giga-map.

I figured out how to resize it. But there is still that black box around it that I cant remove.

Woah, how long would it take two players to meet if they start in the North-South extremities?
This would be such an awesome map... I just hope it *won't* be bigger than the Netherlands'. :p

Yeah, I wanna play it too.. But I dont know how to change the size of it. The black box around the map counts as size, but I dont know how to change the size. If someone could resize it properly for me, I could do the rest.

The black box is the page frame? If that is you can fit the page to the territories by using the file menu -> document settings -> fit to page to the contents.

It makes the page even large as the size of the objects.
