I know it's just a joke. Of course the hospital will give you treatment you need, only for you to file bankruptcy weeks later.

Large, centralized bureaucracies don't respond to the people's needs as good as small city-states can, and city-states aren't as good as smaller, though more unified, communities based on altruism. A world where you get rid of government and replace it with tiny communities that cooperate.

Question is, how will these communities protect themselves from a foreign empire? What will happen to the currency system? Will it, for simplicity's sake just remain the same?
