So people like to vote end when someone gets booted or surrenders on turn 0 or turn 1, which is a good thing. But where do we draw the line on when we should vote to end or play on regardless of the fallen player. On turn 2? turn 3? 4? 5?
My general rule for me is 2v2 I vote before turn 2. 3v3 before turn 3. 4v4 before 4.
I know its often game dependent and I'm interested in hearing when you guys think about it.

turns 5-6 or any turn if the game has not been decided one way or another and both sides agree ending it would be best (no cheap wins)

but if the player was booted/surrendered on turn 0 or 1, then pretty much what you said.
