All too reminiscent of tajpej. Hitler lives! under the guise of Vostro. I know people will provide the "you didn't check settings" argument, though sometimes you join the last seat on a game expecting a fair fight(well i do).It just get's really frustrating, especially given the influx of new players who are not equipped to know better. Another lame forum post I know, but experienced and opportunistic players like this need to be weeded out in order to make the game as fair and enjoyable as possible.

Would teach them a valuable lesson... one you clearly have yet to learn. Even I know to check settings after my 40 games, let alone 350.

Well i am feeling proud, as a teacher 
i taught newbies some valuable lesson , "Be sure to check settings before you join , even if it is the last open seat !"

Lol seriously, you are playing a game on the internet. People always cheat on the internet. I rather spend a few seconds checking settings before joining then be sorry and angry, then complain on the forums later.

Yeah, I know... I guess I perceive Warlight as more of a community (eternally at war) yet a community nonetheless. If I recognize a player I have gamed with/against before, I expect a fair fight. And Knaeve I am not angry, just disappointed. He was on the team I joined. Am fairly certain we have all been disappointed with a player, known to us, who has booted opportunistically and out of character because they are losing. Most people's connections fail at one time or another. Probably the same difference between law and morality. I would rather win a game through skill than opportunism. It's a good job Vostro is such a concerned individual. Where would we be without such socially and morally conscious individuals? In ThunderDome probably.

Actually, Vostro is a pretty decent player, but I guess that makes his action even worse.
Not blacklisted because I'll believe he did this for a reason, but he's definintely got a yellow card. *"Trust comes afoot and leaves on horseback"* my father would say.
