a player decided to report me on the basis that i said "i kicked ur ass in russia" and i was about to win the game

you can't get banned with 1 mistake; you could just get a warning message.....
but its not wrong that some one is reporting you , the reason is "abusive language",
be sure to respect your enemies when-ever you play with them.

"kicked your ass" will not get you warning. Vosotro, coming from a player who's proile picture was Hitler for so long, you know that you really have to be a horrible person to actually get banned here.

Therefore the title of the thread is wrong. You didn't get reported for winning. You got reported for unreasonable abusive language. Taking a territory easily doesn't give you the right to say/type such things, you know... Someone please lock this thread, or delete it if possible...
