Well I used to be rather left-leaning, at one point even calling myself a socialist. Now I've drifted more to the right economically, seeing how devastating regulations are in the US. But as far as I can tell, I've always been quite liberal socially. As long as you're not harming anyone directly by your actions, go ahead with it. Recently I'm been more centrist, especially when trying to explain to some that anarchy isn't a good thing. And neither is your goose-stepping slave state monarchy.

I just took one now, so here it is:

https://www.politicalcompass.org/yourpoliticalcompass?ec=2.25&soc=-4.15

2.25 to the right, -4.15 libertarian/authoritarian.

From typing in national socialism, all self-identifying National Socialist groups follow a lot of Nazi policies; anti-semitism, white supremacy, and so forth. In fact, they seem to be the fallout of the Nazi ideology. So unless there's some national socialist party which doesn't seem to be riding on the Nazi coattails, they seem to all be Neo-Nazis under a different name.

Not going to bother taking the test, but I'll give an approximate coordinate based on the premise: (far-left, mid-libertarian).

Political Compass is garbage, not only because its questions are written with 'shameful' language to describe right-wing positions, effectively skewing answers to the left, but also because it makes no distinction between traditionalism and modernism.

Take this test instead:

My results: http://i.imgur.com/cIB7uzC.png

Anyway for the questions:

What is your current political belief?
I like to think I'm neutral, but I know that's not the case. I lean towards left libertarian, but I'm not anywhere near an anarchist. People definitely need some sort of authority or government to maintain order, I believe.

What was your political belief one year ago and what changed?
http://i.imgur.com/XYLIe9M.png <- graph from a year ago
I became less extreme-like and chilled somewhat.

What is your strongest priority in politics right now?
Honestly, I don't care.

What country do you live in?
The United States of America

If elections were held today, which party would you vote for any why?
I just wouldn't vote. Clinton is super corrupt, Trump scares the shit out of me, Johnson is a weak leader, and Stein says some stupid shit that gives me cancer. Even if I were old enough to vote, not like my vote would matter anyway. The electoral college decides everything. Popular vote seems to bear not much in the selection of politicians.

Which political party or ideology do you fear the worst?
Hardcore conservatives. They seem stupidly authoritarian, in the way they try to control how people live, for example, their attempts to curb abortion. I see it as women have their own choice on what to do, as it is their body after all. I see conservatives as just trying to smear their religious beliefs on everyone. It shouldn't be like that. Everyone should be free to practice whichever belief they wish to, and politicians shouldn't be allowed to attempt to put in regulations that could destroy someone's life because they want everyone to follow their religious actions.

This test really sucks, the frains are really slanted and sometimes irrelevant or unclear or need more choices.

Worst ones shone below:

If economic globalisation is inevitable, it should primarily serve humanity rather than the interests of trans-national corporations.

I like trans-national corporations better than humanity.

Abortion, when the woman's life is not threatened, should always be illegal.

Despite many folk believing that abortion should always be illegal even in hazard to the woman's life and clearly having extremist frains like "Our race is better than others", no, we don't allow that kind of extremism.

Taxpayers should not be expected to prop up any theatres or museums that cannot survive on a commercial basis.

Oh yes they should, nasty little taxpayers.

Possessing marijuana for personal use should not be a criminal offence.

So they have rightist extremist frains like "is your race better than others" but no leftist extremists like all drugs of every kind should be legalised, not just "marijuana decrimalised"?

The best political system is one in which the populace supports. This reduces the chances of revolution and makes people happier. This in turn makes them work harder.

The is also the problem with scientific facts and own opinions. If i am asked "Do trade unions hurt the economy?" My answer would be yes. But this does not take into consideration what i think about the "economy". Maybe i want the economy been hurt?
