The off-topic forum is slowly dying away after numerous former and "active" forumers decided not to join any of the new games anymore and visit Warlight less often. This creates a category of people who're <as MoD would call it> basically inactive and not trying to play the game. They risk retiring from this game if nothing changes. This inactivity also puts pressure on the forums where the thread/response rate are at an alltime low. To combat this devolution. We should create a main Off-topic thread meant for chatting that is accessible to everyone and recruit other people to join is.
