Life is Strange is, without a doubt, my favorite game of 2016. I thought Undertale was incredible overrated, even for a indie game, but Life is Strange deserves every single bit of it. It's a very emotional adventure and I cried like a baby at the ending... Which brings me to my main point: what are you looking forward in 2017?

I skipped the Wii U completely. This system failed to impress me at all. Thus, I am very hyped for the Nintendo Switch and for the remakes announced on it! I could see myself playing a remastered Mario Kart Wii U with a new Battle mode.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is looking like an incredible hybrid between a classic The Legend of Zelda game and The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, which is my favorite game of all time. Complex dungeons, creative puzzles and interesting items mixed in with the freedom of exploration and customization is an instant-buy for me. The only thing it would miss is (gay) marriage!

Pokémon Stars is only a rumor... a rumor I hope ends up true! Pokémon Colosseum and XD were my favorite Pokémon spin-off games. I would kill for a new Pokémon game on a gaming system that is not portable!

The Mighty Number 9 fiasco, my worst game of 2016, pulled me away from Kickstarter projects. Nowadays, I feel terrible for not supporting the Yooka-Laylee Kickstarter! A spiritual, genuine successor to Banjo-Kazooie is a dream coming true.

As for kickstarter, not been burned yet. I supported Wasteland 2, Pillars of Eternity, and Torment: Tides of Numenara and was happy with all of them.

I also, actually did quite like Life Is Strange, though definitely not my game of the year, that'd probably go to Dishonored 2.

It was an hard decision for me. Sacrificing Chloe might be the moral "right" thing to do, but what good is there in the whole world for Max if her best friend (lover) is gone. The entire game is based on the special bond these two girls share together. As for me, I kissed Chloe and consistently sided with her throughout the game (excluding Kate's phone call). If we were given the opportunity to rewind time just once to bring back someone special from a terrible accident, we would do that in an heartbeat no matter the consequences... but the idea of screwing up with time hard frightens me for sure!
