In my profile I see I didn't win the tutorial win in 3 turns achievement.
How is it possible to complete Europe and Africa in 3 turns?

After turn 3 you just completed Europe and get the question if you want to conquer Africa or complete the tutorial and go to level 1. I tried both, but no achievement for me...
(I completed the levels, before the tutorial even existed)

If I remember correctly the second time you run through it you can do as you wish. Just ignore Europe and take Africa. It requires a touch of luck and the correct move order.

I read the forum and did read it, you could do this the second time. Only problem was: The tutorial started over, and over and over, again. I followed every step, did everything was asked in the tutorial. I completed Africa, I left it early after completing Europe. I watched every step after completing a turn, but every time the tutorial started again.

The problem:
I deployed 4 to North Europe, not using the slider (I never use that), but by entering 4.
Now I used the slider and the next time I had no tutorial and could complete Africa.

I've done it; if I remember correctly there was a little skulduggery involved (quitting and reclining tutorial at some point), allowing me to take everything in 3 turns (as there were no instructions forcing me to make inefficient attacks).

First you need to complete the tutorial; just follow the instructions it gives you.

Then, go back to the single-player menu, click on "Tutorial" again, and it will re-appear, without the instructions. You are free to do whatever you want.

This may take a few tries, I had to do it twice I think, before I was able to achieve the "blank" tutorial game.

GAMEPLAY:

Since, the template is 0% luck Straight Round (if I remember correctly), you can attack 2 neutrals with 3 armies all the time.

Turn 1
Just deploy all your armies into the Spain/France region and attack the African territory just south of that (Algeria, Chad, etc.) with all.

Turn 2
Again, deploy all into the Algeria/Chad territory, and attack the "Democratic Republic of the Congo" region (southeast of the Algeria/Chad territory) with 3. With the rest of your armies in Algeria/Chad, attack the "Horn of Africa" area (directly in front of the Algeria/Chad territory).

Turn 3
Deploy 2 in the DR Congo territory (I believe you are left with 1 army in that region), and the rest in the Horn of Africa. Attack South Africa (South of DR Congo region) with 3. Via the Horn of Africa, attack Madagascar (the island south of the Horn) with 3 and the rest into the Libya/Egypt territory (just above).

Congratulations, you've just completed the Tutorial in 3 turns!

Sorry about not naming the territories for what they are, I somehow cannot load the Tutorial map. If you have a basic understanding of regions in Africa, I think you will be able to understand these instructions.
