I was looking into Portuguese Goa yesterday. It turns out it actually had quite a few districts in it, does anyone think I should include them as well?

The map looks pretty small to me right now, so I say yes :)

It should get bigger later on when I do the princely states. All I've done so far is the provinces (which will have larger territories, generally speaking).

I've done all the provinces and French India now. Remaining are the Princely States, Burma, Ceylon and Portuguese India.

Don't you think the bonuses of India are a bit too large?Maybe split them up a bit.Also making one territory bonuses have incomes more that one would be nice, because now they are all the same.

I'm trying to keep it as accurate as possible, that's the problem. All the territories are the official districts that existed then, and all the bonuses are either princely states or provinces. If I split even one, it would instantly lose that. I may add some option bonuses that default as 0, but I can't go much farther than that.
