^^
That exact thing happened to me in my recent ladder game against Aquaholic. I could see it wasn't going well and I ended taking pretty long to move towards the end of the game, deliberating over what would get me back int the game. After about two days I eventually took what turned out to be my last turn.
It was absolutely dire.

All I see here is an impatient person going directly to insulting their opponent because they didn't move. I know that I'm currently playing a game with Angelic Arian, and he has taken a combined 4 days and 2 hours right now to get to turn 0. Yes, it's annoying. NO, I'm not going to tell him he is obviously a terrible player who doesn't understand basic game mechanics. As many people have said, there are plenty of reasons to take a long time to make the moves. I feel bad for anyone forced into interaction with you Sharpe, because although you state your "honest opinion" all day err day, sometimes it's okay to take a breather and smile in order to... I don't know, build a friendly relationship with someone?

Interesting blacklist issue. I have had the opposite problem before. I knew I had lost and a guy would not accept my surrender and I had to play out a pointless loss. I knew I had lost and any reasonable person would know I had lost but we had to play it out I guess so he could be the big man.

That box should be grayed out and default to "not accept" during 1v1 game setup.

"All I see here is an impatient person going directly to insulting their opponent because they didn't move"
Just to clarify, this is the insult he is referencing:
"You can't even make two turns at once?
what... too complex for you to figure where to put your five armies on your 4 territories?"
If you get your knickers in a twist over that then... well, good luck to you going through life. After all, it makes perfect sense to continue the fight when you are down 300+ to 12 armies...
