Interviewer: What is your favorite part of making Warlight?
Fizzer: Well, this most recent update proved to be my most favorite update.
Interviewer: Oh? Why is that? I didn't see any game-play updates, other than a few minor bug fixes. The majority of the update seemed to be about regulating the forums.
Fizzer: That's exactly it. I've been doing game update after game update, trying to make this a pretty kick-ass game. This last update took me outside of that box and really let me focus on what's important.
Interviewer: Oh? And what is that?
Fizzer: Hmm... That's a good question. Actually, now that I think about it, this past update is now my least favorite part of making Warzone.
Interviewer: Warzone? What's that?
Fizzer: What? I said making Warlight.
Interviewer: No, I have the transcript right here, you said, and I quote, " ... this past update is now my least favorite part of making Warzone."
Fizzer: Oh, I guess I did. Nevermind, lets get back on topic. Where was I... Oh Yeah, Least favorite part of Warzone... I mean Warlight. Yes, this last update was my least favorite part of it, because we've had a handful of really... what word should I use... overzealous? yeah, overzealous players that would be very... overzealous... on the forums to the point of getting warnings, suspensions and bans. Then, they would just create an alternate account, and start over. Then I have to block IPs, and its sort of like playing wack-a-mole. I really don't understand why these handful of players just don't move on to a different site. Its really kind of pathetic that I had to spend the last month coding a forum rating system because about 5 players just can't get the hint.
Interviewer: So, you'd rather be getting on to things on your immediate roadmap rather than putting in babysitting measures for a few a-holes?
Fizzer: Yes. For example, I was about to code in a way to better control the AI, but then I saw a forum post about "Should Cats be Circumcised, (SERIOUS QUESTION)" and I about blew a gasket, dropped EVERYTHING that was on my immediate roadmap, and started coding this last update. I haven't slept in the past 2 months, coding non-stop.
Interviewer: Well, we all wanted to thank you for all the hard work that you do... well, not all of us, I can think of a few a-holes that will B&M about whatever you do, but the rest of us, well, we all appreciate this kickass game that you created from scratch.
Fizzer: Thank you.
Interviewer: So, now that this update is done, what's on the immediate roadmap?
Fizzer: Wouldn't you like to know.
