I have seen AI do all sorts of crazy things with their sanctions. Is it random, or is there some kind of pattern to it? If the latter is true is there anyway to try to get the AI to direct their sanction at a player or away from you? There does seem to be a pattern I just can't seem to get at what it is.

experiment. this got me thinking. i'll set up a few games vs ai and look into it.
