I just don't understand how someone with 66% boot rate is still allowed to play, he gets booted from a majority of his games...

@Mightyspeck, I understand that nor am I questioning the rules, but at this point, this behavior in games is hurting others, what is the point in playing the game if you aren't even planning on finishing any of them.

Also, I'm not trying to spark up an argument with anyone, I'm just questioning why it's allowed for people to have such a high boot percentage with no warning or anything.
