I came back here after not checking Warlight for a few weeks, and it appears to me that the issue with Tabby constantly posting outlandish and ridiculous threads has reached levels that I never thought were possible. 17 out of the 40 displayed threads were posted by Tabby. 17. That's a bit overboard, eh? Ramblings like that appear to be nothing but attention-seeking after a while, and the threads seem to get increasingly extraterrestrial with every iteration.

The way to stop these threads is to prevent them from blowing up in the first place. Commenting gives food to the feedback cycle that results in more trashposts that clutter the forum. Stop commenting on those threads. A glance into any of those threads lends to the exact same people always commenting. Those saying things along the lines of "Tabby stfu" are giving him what he wants. He wants attention. He wants to be seen. And he will continue his reign of clutter as long as we enable him to.

If we stop responding to his threads, he may post more for a while, but that increased number is bound to decrease once he loses interest in failing threads. Warlight is an incredibly divided site with many cliques of players from every imagine origin, every imaginable skill level, and every imaginable viewpoint. Those who feel the need to force those viewpoints on others should not be respected, for they are not respecting our wishes.

Let us stand together as one and stop this madness that off-topic has devolved to. It used to be a semi-decent place there a variety of players would post rather interesting threads. Now it has become a hotbed for nothing but politics. A solution on the side of the site admin would be to create a separate politics forum that would redirect the discussion of sorts away from this board. It would allow a renaissance of sorts here, bringing back what the forums used to be. Warlight is not dying. It's just as active as it has always been. It's just that some players are causing many forumers to lurk increasingly more, so not to be caught up in the cesspool that it has decayed into.

Let's fix what's broken and see out that the necessary changes are done.
