I had problem in game https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=13063021

In settings was written 0% luck, but when we played I and my opponent lost more armies, than we should.
In turn 4 You can see, that I can't take West US bonus. At that moment I lost this game, so I ask if someone can do something in order to eliminate these issues in the future.
It could change the result of the game.
