You live in Gok Machar, a small town in South Soodan. You have no access to internet or electricity of any kind in your whole town or any nearby town. Your small farm is the only way you really live.

You realise that the % of folk who've even had access to internet in South Soodan in the last year is less than 10%, right? Electricity is less than one third.

You sell your land to some organisation only to find out later that it got neglected under bureaucracy and for better-located farms, as often happens with such areas. Now you die.
