That's the kind of name for a game that:
a. Disrespects other players.
b. Is offensive language.
The name Pjutin (the host) has created breaks two rules and should get him/her a warning, or if he has already recieved one, a suspension/banning.

I think the creator states in a very concise way what we should, in his opinion, all do. Fair enough.
