I'm pretty sure everyone here understood you only want Fizzer to reply. It's just that this is a forum; the entire point of a forum is to let everyone reply. In case you want to communicate with Fizzer directly (and without other people taking part in the conversation), maybe you should try using email.
I understand English is not your native language, and I don't expect you to write perfect English, but I honestly don't understand what

Maybe he means "Capture the flag". Any maps like that? Would be an interesting thing to try. But you would have to incorporate some sort of trigger on the map.
As a cheap hack you could make a single territory that was worth some massive amount that would end the game if someone took it, like 10000. But that would only be a single "race to the flag" format. It wouldn't work for a capture the opposing flag.
I suppose for that you could designate two territories on opposite sides of the map (the flags) that together are a massive bonus, so whoever captures the two 'flags' would win eventually, if not automatically.
Inelegant, but doable right now.

This is quite an international game so there is a decent chance that someone else here may understand your language and be able to answer or at least translate.

If you have a map specifically made for capture the flag, it can be done for two teams without Fizzer doing any additional coding. Give each team an isolated territory (think "Reinforcements for Airlift" on the Europe Challenge), worth -500 and a "flag" territory worth +500. Make sure each team will get both their -500 and +500 territory in the initial distribution. As long as you disallow abandon, blockade and gift cards, this would work.
If Fizzer would allow the "base armies per turn" setting to accept negative numbers (currently it has to be zero or more), then you could do without the -500 territories (and re-allow those cards).
I'm not sure how (and if) 3+ teams CTF would work though.

@RvW: I like your way better, nice idea. It is very simple, you lose your flag territory and you drop to 0 armies per turn. Very nice. That allows for the ability to have multiple teams able to independently lose their flags. Also means you could grab your flag back quickly if you have the resources.
As for a map, any of the N:S team maps would work well, the geometric maps for multiple teams. Yep, this could totally work. If anyone sets up a game like this, invite me.

Forget about getting your flag back, the moment you lose it, your reinforcement count drops to zero (any other bonuses you have will be wiped out by the -500), so you have to fight with what you already have. Your opponent will have at least (and very probably more than) 500 reinforcements to spend, guess where does are going to be deployed...
I would however be very curious to see what happens if both teams capture the enemy flag in the exact same turn, that should be very funny (and *highly* frustrating ;) ).
Oh, and don't try to play with multiple people on a team; if one person holds the -500 and another the +500, this system doesn't exactly work.
