Pennsylvania is a decent state to live in if you are not in a big city.

I'd rate it a 7/10. When the weather is nice, it truly is nice. The folk are of average nicety. The food is quite Slavic-influenced, but damn do we have some interesting foods. The sports teams are decent, and the fan bases are a lively bunch (especially the Pitt. Pirates fans. It's so strange that the worst pro team in PA has the best fans). We've got some creepy af myths, lore and the like, as well.

Arkansas

And Florida just all around sucks. I think most people would agree with that. It's also flat. Someone drops a pebble in the Atlantic and you guys will get washed away.

Florida got them freaky wildlife and freaky people. Unless you are a Floridan or old, Florida is not the best state for you.

I've only been to Florida once--when I flew to Fort Lauderdale from San Jose after a trip to Costa Rica. The entire time, there was this loud old lady sitting next to me reading an erotic novel. That didn't leave the best impression.
